Return policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Grapple. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your items under certain conditions.
RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return. After this period, we will not be able to accept your return request.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Not to have been used or damaged.

Have all tags attached.
Personalized or promotional items are excluded from return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
RETURN PROCEDURE

Receive a return code : After validating your return request, we will provide you with a return code to use.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear in your bank account or credit card depending on your bank's processing times.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the item under the return conditions above and placing a new order for the desired item.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@grapplife.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer you a free return for exchange or refund.
